Facilities
We are extremely fortunate at KADS in our close links to Kineton Village Hall, in that our needs were specifically catered for in the design of the new building - even to the extent of saving the stage from the old hall and rebuilding it.

There is a good backstage area for storage of set-building materials, props and offstage activities.  A mezzanine floor has recently been added for extra space, as we do share the area with other organisations.
A meeting room, linked to the backstage area, doubles as a dressing room during productions and is often the scene for post-production celebrations.
There is always a buzz and a CCTV link keeps everyone abreast of what's happening on stage.

We are often complimented
on the quality and detail of
our sets.  This is due greatly to the fact that we can start to build several weeks ahead of the show.  Therefore, although we are justly proud of our work, due respect is given to those societies who do not have access to their stage until possibly the weekend before opening!
The front-of-house crew have the use of a foyer for ticket sales and a fully equipped kitchen from which to provide refreshments - including a bar, which we hold on two of the three nights. We also have a hearing aid loop for those who are hard of hearing and there are facilities for those guests who use a wheelchair.
